Morgan Houk is a natural resource professional with experience in conservation planning, restoration, recreation, grant development, and community engagement. She has worked across public agencies, nonprofits, forprofit businesses, and community organizations to develop practical strategies that connect environmental priorities with funding, partnerships, and long-term stewardship.

Morgan brings a unique combination of natural resource management and business experience to her work. With a background in finance and business management and graduate training in natural resource management and public sector leadership. She approaches projects with an eye toward not only what is ecologically valuable, but what is feasible, fundable, and built to last.

Morgan lives and works on Bainbridge Island, WA where her work and personal interests are closely connected to the landscapes and communities of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, you'll find her restoring a 1915 farmhouse, tending mason bees, or spending time with her horses.
